Hello everyone, my name is Manny Delcarmen. This is my first year (2014) with the Syracuse Chiefs (AAA) and Washington Nationals organization. It's never easy starting somewhere new and trying to find things to do, places to go, or even somewhere to live. I was able to get connected with Ariel and she made it so easy for my family and I to find a place to live. I first met Ariel in 2012 when I was playing for the Syracuse Chiefs. During that summer, I was able to see the kind of professional and more importantly the kind of person Ariel is. She is hard working and dedicated to making sure the players get above and beyond what was asked of her. I also noticed how much her family meant to her and how close she is with her grandfather. Ironically enough, after that season, my wife and I moved into our new house in Tampa, FL, which was a few blocks away from Ariel's apartment. Since then, she has helped us with shipping our cars, managing our house during the season, and is our son's favorite babysitter! I'm extremely grateful to have Ariel in my life and although she has done a lot for us professionally, I see her more as family then anything else. I highly recommend working with Ariel and look forward to personally working with her in the future.

I met Ariel in 2013 while playing for the Syracuse Chiefs. When I got to Syracuse I didn't know anything about the town so I asked Ariel for help. She found a really nice and quiet place for my wife and I to live. She knows how hard it is for baseball players to move in to a new city and try to find a safe and comfortable place to stay. Ariel took care of my living arrangements perfectly and my wife and I are really pleased with the hard work she puts on everything we ask from her. Ariel is a really good friend but we see her more as family now. I highly recommend working with Ariel!

The life of a professional baseball player can be unpredictable with unexpected moves and team changes. Since 2009, Ariel has been helping my family transition to wherever our home team is located. She's helped us find housing, ship vehicles and get comfortable in our new cities. But more importantly, she's become part of our family. She's my first and only choice when it comes to all my off-the-field needs.

I've been in professional baseball for 17 years and the service that Ariel provides is invaluable. She is able to help the player, not only off the field, but to help him focus on the field by taking away a lot of stress and unneeded anxiety that comes with the ever constant off field changes and pressures. Ariel makes it easier for the player to focus solely on his job and his goal of getting to the big leagues and staying there. I wish I had someone like Ariel when I was coming up through the minors and I know that I would've continued to use her throughout my 10 year big league career. I have been personally working with Ariel for 3 years now and she has made my life easier. Working for a sports agency our main job is to service the players and make sure they focus on baseball.
